RATATOUILLE RECIPE

Although Ratatouille remains in our minds as an animated movie, it is a vegetable dish that France discovered during its poor times, and it has become a traditional dish. Ratatouille, a healthy, light and delicious meal, will decorate your tables with the harmonious appearance of vegetables lined up in rows. Let's go to the kitchen...

French Cuisine 3 - 4 person Cooking Time -1 hour

 

List of Materials

2 eggplants

2 zucchini

2-3 tomatoes


for the sauce

3 – 4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 onion

2 red capia peppers

2 tomatoes

2 – 3 cloves of garlic

Salt

Oregano

Black pepper


Step 1: Let's Get Started Now

  • Cut eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes into equal sized rounds

  • Heat some olive oil in your Vulom Cast Iron Skillet.

  • Add diced onion and capia pepper and sauté in a controlled manner.

  • Then add the crushed garlic, grated tomatoes and spices.

  • After cooking for another 5 minutes, remove the sauce from the heat.


Step 2: Add as many steps as needed for your recipe.

  • Arrange the chopped vegetables on your pan in a circular manner so that there are no gaps.

  • Bake in your preheated oven at 400 degrees for the first 20 minutes, covered with aluminum foil, then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.

  • If you wish, you can serve it by adding chopped parsley and grated cheddar cheese on it.
