List of Materials
2 eggplants
2 zucchini
2-3 tomatoes
for the sauce
3 – 4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
2 red capia peppers
2 tomatoes
2 – 3 cloves of garlic
Salt
Oregano
Black pepper
Step 1: Let's Get Started Now
Cut eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes into equal sized rounds
Heat some olive oil in your Vulom Cast Iron Skillet.
Add diced onion and capia pepper and sauté in a controlled manner.
Then add the crushed garlic, grated tomatoes and spices.
After cooking for another 5 minutes, remove the sauce from the heat.
Step 2: Add as many steps as needed for your recipe.
Arrange the chopped vegetables on your pan in a circular manner so that there are no gaps.
Bake in your preheated oven at 400 degrees for the first 20 minutes, covered with aluminum foil, then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
If you wish, you can serve it by adding chopped parsley and grated cheddar cheese on it.
